Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The process we utilize to clean carpet, area rugs and upholstery is called hot water extraction. Our cleanings include a pre-spray, rinse and standard stain removal. The prespray will break up oils and bring dirt to the surface. Then we pressure rinse and high vacuum with our portable units. As we are cleaning, we attempt stain removal on any noticeable spots.

Area rugs can only be cleaned from the top if the service is performed in your home. If you would like us to do a more thorough cleaning, we offer take out service as well. Cleaning in our shop would include cleaning from both sides and drying. If your area rug has an odor or serious stain issue, it is always recommended that we take it in to clean.

• What Forms of payment do we accept?
  
  • We accept cash, credit or check upon completion of services.
• How long will it take to dry?
  
  • Normal drying time for carpet, area rugs and upholstery is between 8-10 hours.
• Do I need to do anything ahead of the appointment?
  • If you can pickup as many small items off any carpet to be cleaned that is helpful. Also, a vaccum before we come helps a little.
• Will my stain come out?
  • Not all stains are removable! Contact us to talk in detail about your situation and we will tell you what the options are and estimated success rate.
• Can you clean suede or leather funiture?
  • We cannot clean suede using our methods. We can do a cleaning and conditioning of leather furniture on a case by case basis. Give us a call!
